Installation Guide

A clean, repeatable installation process helps crews move faster and deliver a more consistent encapsulation result.

1) Site prep

Remove debris, sharp objects, and standing water. Plan seam direction, wall transitions, and roll placement before unrolling material.

2) Material layout

Plan seam direction to minimize seams and keep walk paths clean. 200' rolls can reduce seams on longer runs. Cut neatly around piers and penetrations.

3) Seam sealing

Overlap seams consistently and seal per your standard method. Keep the seam surface clean/dry as required by your seam system.

4) Wall termination

Run the liner up the wall and terminate/seal per your install spec.

5) Penetrations

Detail around columns, pipes, and utilities carefully to maintain continuity and reduce callbacks.

6) Final QC

Walk seams, check transitions, inspect corners, and confirm no tears remain before signoff.
