Shipping & delivery
VaporDefender orders can ship by parcel or by palletized LTL depending on the mix of rolls, accessories, and delivery setup.
Parcel-compatible carts
Up to 5 of the 10'6" × 100' floor roll can remain parcel-compatible on qualifying mixed orders. Wall liner, 8'6" term bars, seam tape, wall tape, and screws can ride with parcel when the cart stays within parcel packing limits.
LTL freight orders
Any 10'6" × 200' roll, larger system orders, or contractor pallet orders are routed to LTL. Mixed carts are packed so accessories and term bars do not create extra pallets unless the order truly needs them.
Delivery setup matters
Commercial dock or forklift delivery is usually lowest cost. Residential, limited-access, or liftgate deliveries typically cost more and should be selected accurately at checkout.
How to get the cleanest shipping quote
- Use the real ship-to ZIP and correct delivery type at checkout
- Keep floor roll quantities accurate before requesting rates
- Add accessories in the same cart if you want a realistic mixed-order quote
- Contact us if you need a contractor pallet, jobsite review, or unusual delivery setup
Receiving & damage policy
Inspect parcel cartons or freight pallets at delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us promptly so we can review the shipment with you.
Lead time
Ship timing depends on stock status, order mix, and delivery setup. The site can quote shipping during checkout, and we can also review larger or contractor-focused orders directly.
